Author Registration
An author registration refers to a registration for the main conference or workshop in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Each accepted paper requires at least one unique author registration.
The author registration rate is the same for students and non-students, there is no discounted rate for students.
Note: If an author has multiple accepted papers, each paper must have a separate co-author registered at the author registration rate. Authors must register by 10 March 2025

*If the author of a workshop paper wants to attend the full conference, a full conference author registration is required.
Fees and Deadlines
The ICPE Conference rate is the full rate, including not only the 3-day conference but also the Workshops and Tutorials. The deadlines are:
- Early: 10 March, 2025
- Regular: 21 April, 2025
- Late/Onsite: 5 May, 2025
